Online Purchase TFG group

I ordered pots online from TFG group @home and i received my order this afternoon. @home gave me old pots that were used. I am very disappointed that quality check was not performed on my order. I have logged a call for the store to collect my order. When you owe these stores or miss a payment they are quick to call and make it seem like you never make any payments. This is very disgusting, The pan even smells and has oil stains that shows that someone was using these pots . The pots underneath are even old and i have sent the TFG group pictures of these pots. I am very disgusted.
