Online profile broken by TFG and still not working!
In January 2018 I ask for my TFG account to be unlocked that I can use it with the 22seven app.
I received a notification from the customer service centre that this has been done. It was not. I still couldn't use it with the 22seven app but now my online profile on the TFG website has been affected. I can no longer log in online.
I've called the customer centre and asked to rectify the problem, which they could not do. I was told that my password has been reset and I can change the password at a later stage. I could not log into the TFG main website but on none of the sub-brands (which is what I want to actually buy stuff online).
Then I emailed the customer service centre again explaining the problem, and I was told again that my profile has been totally deactivated and I can register a new profile.
I tried to register a new profile but got a notification that an account with my email already exists, which clearly means it was not deactivated/deleted.
Then I contacted the customer service centre again and this time I was told I cannot be assisted as they need verbal verification of my details.
1. Why should I spend money to call the customer service centre over and over again when you broke my online profile in the first place?
2. Why do you need to verify my details after 7 months but none of the previous emails you needed that to reset/ deactivate/delete/whatever you do on your side? Does this means no one actually assisted me and just pretended?
3. Do you not have a competent technical department that can deal with these type of queries?
It's been 7 MONTHS now that my online account is not working!
