Online Problems

Good Day I'm curious to find out what kind of online Mickey Mouse club is being run. When I try and register a profile I get a pop up to say there's a problem. Then I miraculously get an email saying that I've been registered. I then continue to place and order, which seems to be be an ok process. I make payment and payment is confirmed. I then cancel my order and I get a pop up to say that there's a problem and I cant cancel the order... Please note that this is NOT the first time that I've had a problem with this website which I feel is completely unacceptable. I want my order cancelled and I want my money refunded, unless this is a ***** plot to ***** my money... I expect someone to contact me ASAP to sort this matter out!
