Online Order Sourcing and High Demand Issues
After ordering and paying for a reduced pair of sneakers i was informed that it was cancelled due to sourcing and high demand. This is unacceptable, if you advertise something and pay for it, I expect it to be delivered.
Maybe the item was wrongfully reduced, in that case i feel that the TFG Group is falsely advertising their products and uses the sourcing and high demand card to get out of their obligations.
I expect the order to be fulfilled.
