ONLINE ORDER NOT SHOWN, NO CONFIRMATION, YET PAYMENT WENT THROUGH

I made online purchase yesterday on BASH. All went well and OTP was sent which I was unable to use to confirm purchase. My order ITEMS were unable to show as normal. I waited for confirmation from BASH which I never received. Email TFG customer care and guy Xolani was very helpful and professional. Actually, TFG customer support was so helpful. From their end Xolani was able to see indeed online purchase was made with Foschini Card for R876.00. Credit available went through for online purchase and no confirmation was received. Emailed Bash several times and take long to respond. Only respond to ask me to send information already provide. Please Bash Kindly confirm my order or return my credit due went through for online order made. I honestly never had problem with BASH before. Please kindly sort my order out and provide me with confirmation.
