Online Order Just Cancelled

<p>I placed an order for a phone after 6 days on delivery i called and told there is a delay and the order is been processed. at night i receive an email to state that the order is cancelled no valid explanation no alternative solution on that issue. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is bad. You flood my emails with online sales whatnot and this is how im treated, Please state on your adverts how to treat orders so that we do not bother ordering items.</p>
