Online order issues

Good day All, I have always bought clothes online on TFG with no problems however I have experienced the below issues which I am not getting any assistance from TFG. I have been sending emails and calling the call center but still no help.

Order no: P*** – I called and requested a return collection for item ***1 SPCC Puffer Jacket however it has not been collected yet. Order no: P*** item is out stock still waiting for refund since 10/04/2020. Order no: P*** item is out stock still waiting for refund since 27/05/2020. Order no: P*** COL1T***6 items collected still waiting for refund since 19/06/2020. Order no: P*** I called and requested a return collection for item ***4 Levi’s Graphic Crew and ***2 Levi’s Boxytab Sodalite still waiting for collection. Please urgently provide feedback on all the issues I raised.
