Online ***** by TFG

Since i ordered clothes and shoes from sportscene in the 1st week of March, i paid for the 2 days delivery and after 3 days i only received shoes, i called in 2 weeks later to make follow ups about my order since my emails were " unnoticed" and i was put on hold till i ran out of air, i kept sending emails till i was ignored, a month later i sent an email canceling the other left parcels and was assured that i will get my refund in 3-5 days..end of April still haven't heard anything from sportscene i called in AGAIN and was made promises knowing very well they won't deliver....i then took the matter to twitter and i was ignored same goes for Instagram and Facebook...its clear you guys are not even interested in helping or refunding me.May its ending and i am still waiting for my refund...what level of ***** is this?
