I made a online purchase 26 May 2020 and I ahve een doing the followw on this order , eventually they sent it out the courier called me and told m that they do not deliver in my area we need to meet somewhere so I ask why because I apyed for door to door deluvery he was very rude so I told to take the parcel to TFG if he cannot deliver at my house. I then cancel the order this begging of July now. Ever since then I have been calling TFG to defferent Consultant the nameI remembber Zanele, Lucinda,Terrence, Craig -TFG Financial Services, Stacey Safe. and other people that I do not remeber their names. I have not recived my refund and TFG has done nothing about it - I AM SOOOO DISAPPOINTED ON their service
