**** of a company.

Hi, I bought a phone samsung yesterday at Woodlands Mall Pretoria east. A lady called Flora assisted me. I charged the phone as soon as I got home, to my surprise the phone was overheating(apparently a brand new phone) & not charging, so I took a screenshot of what was happening on the screen & took the phone to back TFG America Swiss. I was referred to speak to an area manager(Susan) who didn't even care to solve the problem. Instead they took the phone for repair(the phone that was less than 24hrs) So can I please have my money back!! Because there is no way you can repair a brand new phone.
