Obtainment of POPI information under false Pretense and subscribed to account without consent

On Saturday the 3rd December I went to Sterns in Parow Centre. I purchased a pair of earrings cash at 15:15pm. I was informed by the sales consultant that they required my personal information for purpose of supplying me with a receipt for my purchase. By the late afternoon I received notification stating welcome to the TFG group with regards to a cardnumber that has been allocated to me and the Ts and cs that I have agreed to. Since then I have received marketing information every subsequent day. I want my details removed and formal apology as I never agreed for my Popi information to be used nor registered for accounts or any binding agreements with Sterns/TFG group. I have since contacted the Store to which they are unable to assist in any regards with my complaint except for directing me to the customer care center. This is obtainment of information under false pretense and the creation of accounts under no consent from myself.
