Not keen to assist

My gf bought a pair of adidas continental 80 at archive Somerset mall 2 weeks ago and and after wearing it twice the shoe a bubble started forming on the side making the shoe very uncomfortable and when she went back to the store and enquired about it, the staff advised that it's normal and it's how the shoe is build and her bend in her foot and all that kind of excuses.. and will let her know if they can exchange it. Not the customer service expected at all and will definitely not recommend archive in future
