not happy with the service

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A FEEDBACK FROM since the 16 of august today is the 25of august tfg please send me an email showing on ur terms and conditions that i will be charged over 500extra and please send em my statements from january this year till date since im no longer getting statements i want proof as im escalating this matter
