Not happy with product and website
I have been a regular shopper on TFG online for many many years, The new interface sucks , i absolutely hate it..it such a put off. Not user friendly at all. Your sort and filters dont work. I am not keen to use it anymore which now forces me shop instore again,
I have also had a damaged pair of expensive sneakers delivered to me..very disappointed that it passed quality control..the inconvenience of having to go in store and return the item for immediate credit and then have a new order delivered to the store and go back again...
Not happy that you dint get it right the first time..us customers got to go back and forth unnecessarily for things that can be prevented

16 Mar 2023, 21:04I made a new purchase after you guys inconvenienced me and sent me a damaged pair of sneakers..i had to waste my own time and money to go and return this sneaker for bad quality item sent..
So i placed another order and this time you guys sent me a used and stretched sneaker in a torn box with torn paper inside the box..
If any of you at TFG will pay R2000 for a sneaker and except the item in that condition then unfortunately you are in the wrong industry.
What is going on with you guys with these items.i am so disappointed with the service and quality of your stuff recently. Oh and your website still is the worst I have ever been on.
