NOT HAPPY WITH MY STATEMENT THAT I RECEIVED TODAY - *****ING MONEY

<p>After several e mails send with the payment I made on my account on the 3rd July you still charge me interest for an instalment not received as well as a sms charge after my monthly account was paid up to date.</p> <p>04 JUL SMS CHARGED 2,85</p> <p>07 JUL SMS CHARGED 2,85</p> <p>12 JUL INTEREST 234,60</p> <p> </p> <p>I received my statement today and are not happy with this. I also made an extra cash payment of R500 on my account last week Friday that does not reflex!! On your statement it shows that I owe you two months instalments but this is not the fact. Can you please rectify my account with the extra interest and sms charges as I don’t agree with this and I don’t owe this!!!</p>
