None response from TFG

On the 25 February 2021 I purchased a pair of leather shoes and two pairs of white sneakers one for me and the other for my partner, on an outing on the 03 March 2021 (first time I wore them) water some how got on the left shoe, some time later I noticed an orange blemish, assuming it was dirt I washed the sneakers, after the wash however the whole shoe had now completely changed colour to an orange white blend, this was caused by the none removable orange inner sole, none removable sole stained and dyed the white shoes to an orange white mix,I reported the matter immediately to TFG customer services mail box on the 03 March 2021, looking for reasons why I was not warned never to wash or expose the shoes drops of water& also my concern was these new shoes only worn once were now damaged, disheartened but still hopefully I waited for a response, but now was given, on the 8 March 2021 I called into the customer complaints department and narrated&highlighting my complaint to the consultant, she assured me that I would receive a resolution to my matter shortly, it has been several weeks since I brought this matter to the companies attention and still no resolution or direction forward.
