NONE DELIVERY OF ITEMS PURCHASED

On the 28th of November I bought 2 for one which are sneakers on Bash. Since then there hasn't been any communication nor has the parcel been delivered. I have been sending emails but they kept telling me it will be sorted but till today nothing has been done . I received an email saying your order is canceled. I'm surprised how cause when I check the bash online app the stock is available . From the 28th Of November it is now that they are saying they will refund me , how when the stock is currently available in stores
