Non existent online store

On 1 January 2020 I made a purchase online for a Nike jacket. I received a confirmation email to say that the order has been received. I then received a second email a few days later to say that the order has been reversed due to damaged stock or lack of stock at the time the order reached the warehouse. I went back into the website and found the same item still on sale. I sent an enquiry regarding the reason my order had been canceled and received the same generic answer of it could be this or it could be that 3 days later. When I enquired why the item was still on the website, I was advised that it could be a return and that my would reflect in 5 _10 days. I placed a second order on another item on the 7th and have now received a second cancelation with the same lame excuse. Please shut your online store down. It is as useless as a pen without ink.
