Non delivery 8 days after ordering - Terrible service

Good day

My order number is p***. I placed this order on the 28th of November and I have not yet received my delivery of the Vans shoe ordered. I have called your call center more than 4 times since Friday 6th of December and every call placed, the agent assured me that I was getting my deliver that day and today the 11th of December I have still not received the order. 8 Days after my order was placed.

I spoke to Fatima, Rihana and Lungisa. Rihana promised to escalate to the courier company and call me back. She never returned my call. When I called in again 10/12/2019 I spoke to her again and she assured me the item was out for delivery. She even took my home address so they could deliver it to my home after hours. She promised to call me back and wow, guess what, no customer service from her, she never called back. Today 11/12/2019 I spoke to Lungisa and he said he escalated the query to the courier and also promised to call me back with feedback. Lets hope he returns my call. Reference number RM213397 I cannot believe that it can take your courier company days to delivery this item! This is not acceptable!
