Nokia c10
About two weeks back I bought a Nokia C10 at foschini alberton and as per policy they have a seven day return policy but little did I know that Nokia C10 is the worst phone ever it does not show incoming calls.nor can it connect to internet and when making a call it just beeps and disconnects I just want to exchange this phone for something else as this is really nonsense.but they don't want to as it is pass seven days and this is not fair as they should know that this phone is useless as I read the reviews and so many people are complaining about the same thing.please can someone assist me so I can just exchange this phone for another phone

I would really appreciate you're assistance as I called foschini in alberton where I purchased this Nokia and they are telling me they will book the phonnein for technical repairs.this is not a technical problem but a Nokia problem.firstky this phone is only 3 g and 2 g where all networks this says are 4g and 5 g my Telkom data doesn't even work here my network is non responsive.the phone itself is slow in responding to internet and like I said I cannot receive call coming in and after and hour or so you will receive miscall notification.my cousin bought the Samw phone thwo days back and experience the same issue.he took hos back today.i though that maybe given some time it will be fine as I loave nokia and has never had such issues.but really this is not right.im going to alberton foschini and a I want is for them to change this phone for another as I need to be available to be con for my kids.work any emergency
