No vouchers as promised

Hi

Opened an account with the foshini group on the promise that I would get vouchers and did not receive it ,contacted the 3 times after an attempt they asked me to SMS my ID number to a number and still didn't receive them, customers should get what was promised and why do I need to try contact you 3 times and send screenshots and get no response, they think it's fine to disregard customers
