No Service and bad attitude from staff

So I visited Fochini In JHB central. I was so excited because they have Clinique product, to my dissapointment I found out there were no testers but that fine so I move along to look for a lip gloss and lucky for me I found the one I truly loved so I ask this lady who is just standing there to assist me, she passed me on to another one who was busy chatting with the cleaner, I had to actually wait for her until the CLEANER who was very RUDE told me to move away from where I was standing because she's cleaning I mean after waiting for them to finish whatever they were gossiping about during work hours now I have to move because she wants to clean. What kind of a show are you running here???? I'm a paying customer and I expect to be treated fairly. I walked out without even buying that lipgloss. I need someone to contact me regarding this and very urgent!
