No rewards / false advertising

Two complaints with tfg

First off I was given a rewards voucher which I attempted to use that did not work I notified tfg of this they responded but did nothing to resolve the problem and then ignored my follow up

Secondly TFG has a habit of false advertising pertaining to online shopping I have raised this issue before with thier Markham promo and now more recently again I have found them false advertising on Archive online
