No respect for a client doing credit checks twice in 10 days
I recently app**** for a fabiani account but I was made to be a ******** and inconvenienced I was promised a voucher for the inconvenience which to date I have not been contacted.Now I find out that tfg has done 2 credit enquiries on my name on the 13/12/2022 and agin the 23/12/2022 which is now lowering my credit score,I only gave tfg permission for one credit check to be done now.they have done it twice if the second enquiry is not removed from my name asap I will report this to the regulator and lodge a complaint with the credit ombudsman and take legal.actuon against tfg.

19 Jan 2023, 12:26So i received a call from the TFG confirming that 2 credit checks were done on my name in a space on 10 days and the second credit check was done automatically by their system and they are refusing to remove this second credit check which was done *******ly without my permission,so now I will engage with my lawyer to take legal.actiin against TFG and report them for non compliance to the relevant body,TFG does things *******ly and still don't try to fix their mistakes...how the hell can theu do a credit check without my consent or permission?
