No replies

I have been a client at forshini for many year. I normally but not always pay my full balance due monthly. So i went online (bash) to get my full balance due. I pay this leaving the balance at R 0. I go into sport scene sandton to purchase they say i owe money. I check on bash and the figurrs differ there, the lady calls cistomer care and her figures doffer, i leave the purchase very upset. I go have coffee and log into bash again and a different amount again. I lodge complaint. Nothing....no reply.
