No refund for Online purchase which I haven't recieved

I order an item on the Soda bloc website. After a week i got a notification to say the order is delayed. Called in to cancel the order as it hadnt been shipped yet. Call center agent confirmed order had been cancelled and i would have to wait 7-10 days for my refund which was fine. 5 weeks later i still haven't recieved my refund and im still getting notifications about the order.
