No refund
Ordered a pair of shoes but my order was cancelled by TFG because they were no longer available. Got an email about how they were going to refund me but that never happened till this day. I called them to find out how long it takes to get a refund and they said 10 days. It's day 11 today and I still haven't received my refund. I have to use my airtime again to call. I ****ing hate them and their pathetic service. Don't bother to shop online please. You will regret it.
