No product and tfg refusing to refund me my money

I purchase an item at Sterns, returned it within 10 days, the store informed me that they do not have the cash at the moment to refund me. they advised me that I needed to give them todays. I did that after a week of them not having cash, a new story was made that, the regional manager Ranie Pillay. said they cannot refund me. I spoke to this Pillay, so rude over the phone, I called TFG and reported the matter, case number was RM175881, and the person whom adjudicated on the matter was the very same Pillay person, whom dismissed my case. today its a month and few day, i do not have the product at hand, as i left it at the store, and do not have my money. so i gave them my money with no product at hand.
