No feedback!!!

I am VERY annoyed/ frustrated with the way my matter is being delt with from foschini the glen

I bought a voucher card on 9th May 2025 on my foschini account, only to find out the card was never loaded when my mom tried to use it

I called the call center they advised me to go into the glen where verification was done to see if i did infact buy it and it wasnt loaded

Now tell me why i was stuck ok the store for almost 2 hours without a gift card! Problem not solved 2 weeks later! Refund me or give me my gift card
