DONNA CLAIRE- FESTIVAL MALL STAFF SHOULD GO FOR CUTOMER SERVICE TRAINING AND HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMER - OUT OF 4 STAFF ONLY ONE STAFF MEMEBER KNOWS HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMER, THE LADIES ON THE TILLS ARE AS RUDE AS YOU CAN FIND THEM, I WILL NEVER VISIT THAT MALL EVER AGAIN.. HEADS UP TO DONNA CLAIRE THE GLEN, SOUTHGATE THEY ARE THE BEST STAFF EVERY
