No contact from The FIX!

I have received a Call from the manager at Foschini Gugulethu, and an exchange was done for me. However you would have noticed from my original complaint that I complained about two stores. Foschini and The Fix at Gugulethu mall. I have been waiting for a phone call from The Fix store, but to date no phone call from them to resolve my complaint. I still have clothing from The Fix that needs to be returned. Its exhausting having to log a new review each time because you could not pay attention to the details of my previous complaint. Please sort this out.
