No communication no returned calls

I bought a phone at Hi-store Absa Towers, and subsequently took it back due to malfunction. I received no further communication from the store, and when we went there to check up, the store had closed down. No one from TFG has phoned me back to tell me where my phone is and how I am going to get it back. It is a huge loss for me, since I bought this phone cash and it has been "missing" for more than a month now.
