No communication from TFG Customer Services

I have sent a complaint to TGF Customer Service on the 6th of August, and my query has not been resolved. I have sent them several emails requesting feedback, and they are ignoring my emails. My reference number is CS-***. I need urgent feedback, or they should tell me how long I should wait for my query to be resolved. This is unacceptable.
