New account in progress query

<p>I am a student i oppened an account at Foschini on Monday online and i recieved an sms stating that i have been approved i must email my supporting docuuments so i went into Foschini with my Guardian, she filled in the proof of allowance form and she signed and it was submitted and after following up i was told i must re-submitt my proof of allowance with my Guardians address below her contact details and she filled it in again and submited it and have recieved different types of feedback, one stated that i have to submit anotehr proof of allowance and one email said that all my documents were in order. this is tricky and consfusing. can i get feedback please?</p>
