Never place on line orders

<p>I ordered a phone on line , the lady from them phoned to confirm the order and out of the blue I get an email stating the order was cancelled due to the over demand or that the goods whereby up to their standard , this is a lot of cods wallop , why then phone to confirm the order unless the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing . What absolutely disgusting service and customer care . So now I have to find another present at very short notice because of their incompetence . Disgusting </p>
