NEVER GETTING FEEDING!!!

I have a problem with the TFG pensions department...they come up with too many excuses. I submitted my forms at the end of February..was told that on the 12 March 2015 they will start processing. To this day nothing has been done...nothing has been sent to SARS...i Spoke to Natalie, I spoke to Wayne, I spoke to Schlange, I spoke Cindy and I spoke to Cheryl who is the Manageress...but not even she can give me a proper explanation...all I hear is they switched over to a new system...but what was done since the 12 march...I was asked by schlange after I called for days on end whats happening...she asks me a whole month later to send her a clear copy of identification...WHAT DO YOU GUYS DO THERE!!! Ive heard of a number of people who was given the run around by this department..I understand that the TAT for pay outs is 6-8 weeks but when I am told that they will start processing on the 12 March 2015 and on the 16 April 2015 I am asked to send a clear copy of identification...I FAIL to understand that it took them more than a month to realize that the copy of identification wasnt clear...I have NO IDEA when something will be done,,cause clearly since the 12 March 2015 to date--NOTHING!
