Negligence and incorrect address

I'm not happy with TFG negligence with my information At first they used a wrong name, i called and corrected it Recently i checked my statement thoroughly i find that the address used is my old address and no longer live there, when i app**** for this account i used my current address So this means when ever they are sending written communication (printed account statements) it gets delivered in my previous address The time i called to update my details the lady i spoke with assured me that all my details are up to date Another reason why the magazine i subscribed to is not delivered but i pay R30-R40 for it. So my information is carelessly sent incorrectly Im so disappointed.
