My parcel never arrived and nobody contacted me

I haven’t received my parcel which was marked for delivery yesterday. On querying, I was told that the chairs were delivered yesterday around 5pm and were signed for by Polite. I took a day off work yesterday and today to wait for my delivery and I still don’t have it.

I advised the friendly assistant (Bomikazi) of this but I doubt she can do much from her end and might need help from head office to close this out.

I logged a query on the client service email but it returned as resolved and I don’t know how they’ve resolved the issues on my end because nobody has contacted me on the way forward.

Can you please deliver my chairs today or cancel the order? I think I’ve had enough of this organisation now.
