My Parcel

This was my complaint: On the 15th of July. A parcel was mistakenly sent to Foschini group. I have been sent from pillar to post about my parcel. One person will tell me it is being sent back to me, and another one tells me they can't trace the parcel. The parcel was picked up by Fedex on the 15th of July, and delivered to The Foschini group warehouse on the 18th of July. How difficult it is to track a parcel. I find this very sneaky. I want my parcel by tomorrow.

This is the pathetic response I got from TFG We're sorry you had a bad experience, but hopefully the next business you deal with is a lot better.
