My name still not cleared on itc

I'm still waiting for feedback from TFG and piennar regarding ITC clearance I have been complaining and complaining and they just not responding they are just quite I have paid this account fully but they don't want to clear my name I thing its about time I take it up with consumer act and ombudsman
