My mom bought a phone at markams Sam ntuli on Saturday.she was persuaded by the consultant to purchases a expensive phone. Latershe requested that I activate the phn. I was surprised to find out that the sim card was still in the phn bx n not inside the phn. The phn was only flat on Tuesday night and I discovered that the phone does not charge. She went back to markams to n was told that they would sort out the problem and decided to go to clicks. When she returned she was then told that the phone had fallen and damaged the charging port. I can confirm that is not true and thr was no visible scratch to the phone. Why was she not told from the onset that the phone had damages bfore leveling them with phn. Mymom is been given the run around. She was given a blank paper with the store numbers(***),and no receipt of the purchasing slip. This is no way to treat your customers. card***.
