My lost pre owned Iphone

I haven't got any help ever since I lost my phone, now on Wednesday I'm going to Foschini store which I signed papers with so that they can tell me if their insurance are not willing to give me a new phone which I'm paying insurance for, where will I get a replacement for my phone, am so heartbroken I don't want lie,I will never ever buy phone there
