My account was handed over to debt collectors and no communication received from the debt collector.

I have been in contact with The Foschine Group call centre and they are all giving treating me like *******.

i have spoken to Trevor, Gerhard, Liezel, Roxanne, Farne and Nolu they are all not assisting me with anything. they are telling me that they have charged off my account. they are telling me to contact EBC for paid up letter because they system doesn't allow them to issue one. i asked them why did you system allowed you to accept payment if it doesn't allow to issue a paid up letter and they are telling me that i have to pay the collection fees of R 360.73 to EBC in order to get the letter. i informed them that i haven't received a call nor sms from your debt collectors. why must i pay them for something that they didn't do.

i spoke to EBC and they confirmed that they never contact me and from my knowledge i was dealing with TFG no third party was involved since i haven't received communication from third party requesting for TFG due amount. i could they ask me to contact EBC where as they have received they money in full no cent missing.

i will await for my paid up letter till close of business on Wednesday the 3rd or else i'm taking the matter further to credit ombudsman.
