Missing transaction printout

I made a purchase in-store at Jet maponya mall on the 11th December. I requested a printout of good purchased from the tfg customer care- they kept send me a statement instead. I was then told to go to the store where the purchase was made in order to get assistance. Upon my arrival, I was told that their systems does not give an option to see/ give a print out of the purchase. I really need this document
