Missing shoe boxes
On 15 June 2023 I ordered 2 pairs of ladies boots. Order number B***-01. The order was then delivered to my residence few days later. I noticed that the boots were not in their original shoe boxes instead they were wrapped in a Bash self sealing packet. I ordered them so I could send as gifts after wrapping and now I'm unable to.
