Missing payment made at Volpes Groot Fisantekraal

On the 31st of January 2026 a payment towards account was made at Volpes Groot Fisantekraal, Cape Town. All of a sudden this payment can't be found via a slip at the shop, as they changed systems and the payment is GONE! TFG keeps on phoning several times a day demanding payment, although this was made and proof of bank statement emailed as well. To date the payment at the shop not allocated and nobody of any help whatsoever!!! Nobody resolving this problem, payment not allocated to account and nobody can give any answers where the payment went to.
