Missing items and not recieving items paid for
Avoid ordering online from the TFG group stores. Your order will come with missing items and getting assistance from the online support is near impossible. I ordered The Fix items online with order number and was given a tracking number. Upon receipt of my order, only one item was delivered while the tracking number as per the website shows for items are to be delivered under that tracking number.
I have attempted to call the store from the time I received and send countless emails and haven't received assistance on how to resolve the issue of my missing items. My order number is P***, the only item I recieved was items not received are SKU****7670, SKU****9687,SKU3456. I am not to sure if the store will deliver my items or issue a refund.
STAY AWAY FROM TFG online shopping, you will pay for items and not receive them.

01 Dec 2022, 20:58I am so defeated with the Fix and the TFG group. I placed an order with order number P********** on Sunday for a lime plisse shirt online with SKU**********2 on the 26 November 2022.
Today upon collecting my parcel at the store they delivered a yellow oversized tennis ball with SKU****2109. TFG is my favourite store, but receiving something you did not order is defeating specially when you had planned to wear it over the weekend.
Stay away from ordering online from the Fix, the convenance of online ordering and getting the correct order seem to not exist with them.i am so defeated to a point where I do not even have the energy to return the good
I do not know if they were affected by the demand of black Friday. However this is disappointing from my favourite go to store for online purchases. Il
