Missed payment report for a fully paid account

I have an account with TFG - Donna Claire which I fully paid on 16 February 2024 . My clear score report shows that I missed a payment for the same month . I am trying to get through to TFG accounts department and I am not winning . All their numbers are not getting me through to the call centre agents . I need this sorted out ASAP as it affects my credit score.
