Missed payment I don't know of.

I paid up my Sportscene account and I was nicely paying the account hence now I closed it because it damages my credit report by showing the missed payment that I also don't know of. I would like this account to be removed from my profile.

So to the public I would rate you on Zero because of the missed payments you reported to clear score. How can the account have missed payment while it os handed over?
