On the 26 March at Exact East Rand Mall while shopping for a device,I saw this short lady(I think her name is Thando) shout at her colleague as she was approaching to assist us from another customer. Was it her way to not let her colleague assist us? However it was so unprofessional and unnecessary of her to do so infront of us

The sales lady was so humble and even apologise for something she didn't do. Great assistance from Bonolo and I just wish she had more kinder colleagues to work with
